| Mankind’s hypocrisy 1.) Christ taught compassion, yet people still hurting others. 2.) Gotama taught about courage and energy, yet His followers became lazy. 3.) Confucius taught about orderly system of government, yet corruption and bribery flourishing now. 4.) Laziness transforms man into animal. Is one of main obstacles on the spiritual path. 5.) Indolence [and alcohol abuse] is dreadful, lead to crime. 6.) Bribery deprives spirit [man] of the confidence of the Brotherhood, because many lead to treason. |
| Effects of different positions of physical body 1.) Stooping [bending forward] from standing position, interferes with solar plexus. 2.) Throwing the head back, hampers the brain centers. 3.) Arms stretch forward overburden the center of aorta. 4.) Lying on the back can both stimulate or impede the center of kundalini. 5.) Each position has its advantage. 6.) Frequently changing positions is beneficial. |
