Entire body: feeling of sensation of flush or heat (hot) ! 3.) Feeling of something subtle moving from the ‘base of spine’, along spinal column (or entire back), toward the chest & head. 4.) Sometimes, feeling like ‘back soreness’ or ‘aching pain’. |
