b.)  Means fatigue is our friend,
reminding us of need to wisely take rest.

[ Notes: Disciples should discern by co-
measurement, to rest only at right time
and right moment.  
Disciples should
NOT focusing on, or thinking of resting
before accomplish their assigned tasks
.]


4.)  As the wise serpent:

a.)  Knows the success of its
regeneration depends on rest.

b.)  And does not strike during this
new growth.

c.)  So wise serpent sheds its ‘old skin’
in order to get ‘new, better and tougher
skin’.


5.)  Similarly, one who knows what in
him is fatigued, will wisely take rest for
himself, and summoning other of his
centers for his work.
A yogi’s fatigue


1.)  Agni yogis too, like others, having
problems of fatigue and sickness.


2.)  But
yogi knows:

a.)  How to gather new stores of energy.

b.)  Where one’s energy was overspent
– one will, without losing equanimity
[calm, even-temper] make use of
valerian and musk.

c.)  It is a joy to know that our bodily
apparatus can obtain the needed
restorative energy.


3.)  
Important wisdom teaching:

*a.)  Fatigue from the past,
is happiness for the future.
