| Should we be fortunate enough to receive forewarning of any incoming tsunami or flood, we can at least do something positive and constructive if we prepare ahead of time: 1.) Having enough life jackets for those we are concern for. 2.) Making sure the life jacket fits and is secure. 3.) Practice calmly putting on the life jacket under five minutes notice. 4.) Putting the life jacket somewhere that is convenient and easy to reach during an emergency. |
